Com Hem extends housing association deal

Swedish cable operator Com Hem has struck a new agreement with Gävle municipal housing association Gavlegårdarna. The deal will mean that Gavlegårdarna’s 15,300 households in the Swedish city will continue to have access to broadband, TV and telephony services from the operator.

The deal is for two years, with an optin to extend for a further five.

Ulf Gustavsson, IT Manager at Gavlegårdarna, said that the agreement would give residents the widest possible choice, with access to an attractive range of services. Com Hem will deliver both analogue and digital cable TV services.
