Media services provider RR Media has teamed up with Switzerland-based channel provider and community-based marketing platform provider Joiz to offer a range of user engagement and loyalty club tools for broadcasters and other media groups.
The deal will see RR Media’s content management, channel playout and global distribution network capabilities integrated with Joiz’s platform, which is deisned to deliver personalised offerings with the use of real time user and social media data to build communities across TV, web and mobile, enabling broadcasters and others to find new ways to engage with and target viewers.
The joint solution will be marketed exclusively by RR Media as part of its solaRR platform.
RR Media is offering this solution as part of an integrated digital media services model, taking full responsibility for managing all services, from set up stage to operation of the platform and beyond,
