Nickelodeon is set to launch a new subscription video-on-demand service next month aimed at pre-schoolers, called Noggin.
The service will be available in the US priced at US$5.99 (€5.27) per month and will include long- and short-form content. It launches as an app for Apple iOS devices.
Content available at launch on the service includes education-based series such as Blue’s Clues, Little Bear and Ni Hao, Kai-lan, with Nickelodeon saying that it will regularly add new content, games and activities.
To date, Nickelodeon claims to have launched more than 20 preschool apps including problem-solving app PAW Patrol Rescue Run and literacy app Wallykazam! Letter and Word Magic.
