Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska is to give its TV service for free for a limited period to subscribers who sign up for a combined package of broadband, TV and electricity supply.
Multimedia Polska, in common with a growing number of service providers in central and eastern Europe, provides electricity as part of its overall service offering. Customers who sign a two-year contract for the Energetyzujący package will pay for electricity and broadband only for the first six months.
For the remaining 18 months of the contract the fee will depend on the TV service chosen, with Multimedia Polska’s Mini Box HD offering with 86 channels, including 13 HD services, available for PLN39 (€9.26) with 30Mbps internet for PLN20.
