Channel operator Discovery Communications has acquired Espresso Group Limited, a provider of primary school digital education content in the UK.
Discovery Education, the company’s education division, will oversee the business and the deal marks Discovery’s first international education-focused acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
