Arris execs step down

Video and broadband technology company Arris has announced that two of its senior executives will leave the company at the end of November.

John Burke, leader of Arris’ cloud solutions team and its corporate strategy and development team is due to depart along with Rob McLaughlin, leader of the company’s North America sales and global marketing and communications team.

The firm said that both execs had played a “significant role” in Arris’ acquisition of Motorola Home, which closed earlier this year, and its integration efforts with the company. Both are leaving to “pursue other opportunities,” said Arris.

“We appreciate Rob McLaughlin’s and John Burke’s leadership and many contributions to our company. We certainly wish them success in their new endeavours,” said Arris CEO Robert Stanzione.
