Internet media platform Blinkx has launched a beta version of its video embedding platform Blinkx VideoAdvantage.
Blinkx VideoAdvantage is designed to enable web publishers to embed video from Blinkx’s video catalogue in their sites at minimum cost.
According to Blinkx, publishers can use the Blinkx VideoAdvantage self-service portal to choose from a cataplogue of premium video content and track video views and revenue as well as customizing the playback experience via configurable video widgets.
Blinkx will place contextually relevant advertising against the videos and share revenue with the publisher.
The Blinkx VideoAdvantage portal will provide content from over 900 providers configurable for the web and mobile, according to Blinkx.
