Autonomy sells Blinkx stake

Hewlett-Packard-owned software company Autonomy has reportedly sold its remaining stake in online media platform provider Blinkx. 

According to a Reuters report, Autonomy sold its 45.7 million Blinkx shares at 120 pence per share, in a deal valued at £54.84 million.

Last month media search and recommendation specialist Blinkx reported strong growth for the year to March 31, posting revenue growth of 73% to US$198 million (€153 million), with Adjusted EBITDA up 111% to US$30.2 million.
