UPC Poland names new customer service chief

Liberty Global-owned UPC Poland has named Konrad Koper as its new director of customer service, with nationwide responsibility. 

Koper will take up the new post on June 3, based in Katowice. He was previously director of customer service at Rovese SA and also worked for five years as director of T-Mobile Poland’s customer contact centre.
