Intel has begun testing its planned over-the-top TV service with employees in three areas on the West Coast of the US, according to local reports.
According to CNET, citing Intel vice-president and general manager for content Eric Free, the technology giant is testing its service among its own employees ahead of a planned rollout later this year. Free said that Intel was not targeting cord-cutters but would look to target younger technology-savvy users with an alternative to existing pay TV services.
