Chellomedia’s Outdoor Channel has signed its second carriage deal in Sweden.
The channel, which is operated by Chellomedia’s Chello Zone unit, will be available on Com Hem’s network. A HD version of Outdoor Channel will be available and content from the network will be added to Com Hem’s seven-day catch-up service.
The channel launched in Sweden last year on Teliasonera’s IPTV service.
Louise Cottrell, vice-president affiliate sales for Chello Zone, said, “I am delighted that we have increased our distribution of Outdoor Channel onto a new platform in Scandinavia. The channel has already proved popular with audiences in the region so I am delighted that even more viewers can now experience the great outdoors through the eyes of world-renowned experts, passionate enthusiasts and celebrities.”
