Management changes for Rostelecom’s National Cable Networks

Rostelecom-owned Moscow-based cable operator National Cable Networks’ new CEO Dmitri Bragin has named four new members of his management team, according to local reports.

Natalia Demyanenko becomes deputy CEO for legal and corporate affairs, while Dmitry Karmanov becomes deputy CEO of human resources. Alexander Barev becomes deputy CEO for the information society, while Sergei Lyadovoy is named deputy CEO for wireless communications.

Bragin, formerly the company’s deputy CEO, sales and marketing, was named chief executive in April.
