German broadcasters ProSiebenSat.1 and RTL have failed in their bid to jointly launch an online platform.
In February, the German Federal Cartel office blocked a proposal by the broadcasters to develop a common online TV platform because of antitrust concerns. A regional court in Düsseldorf has refused an appeal against the decision.
