TFI to release Fox’s Alcatraz day after the US

Leading French commercial broadcaster TF1 is making JJ Abrams’ latest scripted series Alcatraz available a day after it is aired in the US.

The show, which bowed on the Fox network on Monday with solid ratings, is available with subtitles as part of TF1’s premium video-on-demand offering of US series. Customers wanting to watch the series on demand need to be viewing TF1 over a cable or IPTV service. Each instalment costs €1.99. The show will be broadcast on the linear TF1 channel at a later date.
