De Posch quits Sky Deustschland board

Former ProSiebenSat.1 CEO Guillaume de Posch has quit the board of German pay TV provider Sky Deutschland at his own request over a conflict of interest related to his appointment to the group executive committee of RTL Group.

De Posch joined the RTL board in December, taking charge of a new corporate strategy and business development team to oversee broadcasting operations in Belgium and the Netherlands and radio operations in France. The conflict of interest arises over RTL’s involvement in German pay TV.

Sky will appoint a successor to De Posch in April.
