Polanco named as Sogecable president

Manuel Polanco has been confirmed as the new president of Spanish media group Sogecable, replacing Rodolfo Martin Villa.

The company has reorganised its board. Pedro García Guillén continues as CEO of the company and board members Juan Luis Cebrian, Gregorio Marañón, Jaime Terceiro and Leopoldo Rodés will remain, while new directors include Pierre Lescure, Markus Tellenbach and Fernando Martinez.
