Fox International Channels has named Mirjam Laux as vice-president and managing director of Fox Channels Germany.
Laux will have responsibilities in all key areas for the pay-TV channels business including affiliate sales, ad sales, programming, productions, marketing, and business development for TV brands including Fox, National Geographic Channel, National Geographic Channel HD, National Geographic Wild and Baby TV as well as all future channels. Laux will also oversee .Fox Networks in Germany, the online advertising division of Fox International Channels, in addition to television programme sales for National Geographic Channels International.
Laux, who will be based in Munich, was previously head of corporate development at ProSiebenSat.1-owned SevenOne Intermedia.
