VimpelCom names Ural region director

Russian service provider VimpelCom, operator of the Beeline quad-play service, has named Dmitry Kiselev as regional director for the Ural region.

Kiselev, who was previously in charge of the company’s Kaluga branch, will direct all fixed and mobile activities in the Ural region, which includes the cities of Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov and Syktyvkar.
