Nat Geo promotes Prince

National Geographic Global Media has promoted Ted Prince Jr. as chief operating officer.

Prince, was previously chief operating officer of Nat Geo Ventures, the company’s international production and distribution division. He will now be responsible for the growth of the company’s documentary production arm Nat Geo Television, Nat Geo Channels as well continue to oversee its distribution arm. Prince, who previously worked at AOL, will report to National Geographic Global Media president Tim Kelly.
