French service provider SFR has revealed further details of its recently announced management reorganisation.
In addition to three general divisions focusing on residential, business and operator segments, the company has created three operational departments covering marketing, sales and customer services. The marketing department, covering both mobile and fixed networks, is headed by Thierry Pélissier, previously marketing director, mobile. Fixed-line marketing will be headed by Olivier du Besset.
The sales department will be headed by Philippe Bachman, while customer services will be headed by Dominique Rémond.
