Comstar-UTS names new commercial chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named Elena Pasnyuk as commercial director of its central branch. Pasnyuk will be responsible for sales and business development in the cities of Voronezh, Ivanovo, Shuya, Ryazan, Kaluga, Smolensk, Tver, Kursk, Orel and Tambov. She was formerly business manager at St Petersburg Cable TV and had previously worked for Kosmos TV and ZAO Teleplus.
