Baxter moves up at Sony Pictures Television

Sony Pictures Television has promoted Stuart Baxter to senior executive vice-president, European distribution, effectively making him the top-ranking distribution executive in Europe.

In his new role Baxter will oversee the distribution of all of SPE’s TV series and movies throughout Europe across free and pay-TV. He reports to Keith Le Goy, SPT’s president, international distribution.

Baxter has been at Sony since 2003 having previously been at rival studio Warner Bros and news channel CNBC.
