Comstar-UTS names marketing chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named Maxim Chernov as its new director of marketing, replacing the previous position of vice-president of marketing.

Chernov, who has been acting vice-president of marketing since the departure of Sergei Nazaraov earlier this year to take over as director-general of the MGTS network, was previously director of pricing and promotion for corporate customers.
