Rostelecom places large orders for IPTV set-tops

Russian telco Rostelecom is to place orders for 656,000 IPTV set-top boxes. Three companies, SmartLabs, Promzakaz and UZ Promsvyaz, have secured contracts to supply boxes to the service provider.
