Sci Fi website launches in Russia

NBC Universal has launched a localised website for the Russian version of the Sci Fi channel. The website, scifichannel.ru, features locally produced content including programme highlights, blogs, competitions and games. It joins local versions in Germany and the UK.

Premiere CEO acquires 700,000 shares

Mark Williams, CEO of German pay-TV operator Premiere, has bought shares in the company worth €1.855m. According to regulatory filings, Williams acquired 700,000 shares in the company, between May 28 and June 3.
