Pilat Media moves into profit for first quarter

Broadcast management software specialist Pilat Media posted revenues of £4.87m (€5.72m) for the first quarter, up 18.8% year-on-year. Profit after tax was £289,000, compared with a first-quarter loss of £623,000 last year.

The company said it had generated £2m in cash-flow from operations during the quarter and that it has a healthy backlog of business for the rest of the year.
