Ownzones to highlight AI content library tool and IMF

Cloud content supply chains specialist Ownzones Entertainment Technologies is teaming up with AWS at IBC2019 to highlight its AI-driven content library tool, FrameDNA and showcase how it can help content owners and broadcasters store and augment their libraries for different markets, according to the company.

Ownzones will also showcase its capability in Interoperable Master Format (IMF) workflows with demonstrations of its cloud-native video supply chain platform Connect  and its customized white-label app solution Discover.

Additionally, Ownzones is partnering with the DPP as a co-sponsor of its exclusive IMF Breakfast Briefing on Friday 13 September, where Ownzones CTO Aaron Sloman will join a roundtable with Amazon to discuss IMF and how Ownzones customers have been adopting it. Ownzones is also participating in the association’s popular educational IMF Tour. Sloman is also taking to the stage for an IMF User Group session on September 14 entitled IMF 101, discussing use cases and technology underlying the IMF standard.

“As the media and entertainment industry moves away from a reliance on on-premise workflows and understands the efficiencies and cost savings that cloud-native workflows bring, Ownzones is primed to guide the industry through the process, said Dan Goman, CEO, Ownzones.

“There’s a reason why IMF workflows are becoming the defacto standard for content supply chains and we’re looking forward to showcasing how our solutions are already achieving operational gains to a European audience.”

Ownzones will be exhibiting on the AWS stand, 5.C80, at IBC.
