International growth boosts Hispasat
Spanish satellite operator Hispasat reported revenues of 181.3 million for last year, up 20.2% on 2009.
EBITDA for the years was Â144.5 million, up from Â116.7 million.
Hispasat said that some 44% of its revenues now came from outside Spain and Portugal. Petra Mateos, chairman of Hispasat, said: “The results achieved during this period affirm the value of a robust and sustainable business model that Hispasat has consolidated in recent years. We continue to maintain a leadership position in our markets, with a strategy close to the needs of our customers that makes us confident of our continued success.
