Moscow network signs up quarter million broadband subs

Comstar-UTS-owned Moscow city network operator MGTS has signed up its 250,000th broadband internet customer, the company has said.

MGTS reached 209,000 broadband customers at the end of the third quarter of 2009. The company said its growth had been boosted by measures including flexible pricing, triple-play offers and payment by credit with a single invoice.
