Sky Deutschland to broadcast 3D football match

Sky Deutschland will become the latest broadcaster to trial 3D TV when it broadcasts a live football match later this month.

Following on from BSkyB in the UK, which broadcast a live Premier League match in 3D in January, Sky Deutschland will air the Bundesliga match between Bayer Leverkusen and Hamburger SV on March 14. It will be shown to select viewers in Munich.
