Comstar launches double-play promotion

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS’s regional subsidiary Comstar Regions is to launch a marketing campaign to promote a double-play offer of broadband internet and cable TV for RUB123 (€3).

Using 123 as a marketing tag, Comstar is giving subscribers the option to double their internet access or sign up to a cable package for the promotional rate from April 1 to May 31.
