BAFTA appoints BBC Academy director as new chair

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has appointed BBC Academy director Anne Morrison as its new chair at its annual general meeting yesterday. 

Morrison, who has been BAFTA’s deputy Chair for the last year will hold her new role for the next two. She replaces John Willis, who will now serve as deputy chair for one year.
