Leading sports streaming service, DAZN has extended its rights of the top French league, Arkema D1, until 2026 in Germany.The new season of the league kicks off tomorrow, September 15th with Champions League winners Olympique Lyon going up aganist Le Havre AC.Coverage of the French football game will be shown on the DAZN app, with selected games to air on the recently-launched women’s sports FAST channel DAZN RISE .Arkema D1 is the highest division of women’s football in France including top teams Olympique Lyon and Paris St. Germain, who regularly reach the knockout phase of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Arkema D1 is home to international stars of women’s football, such as the German national player Sara Däbritz , European champion Lieke Martens and the two UWCL series winners Wendie Renard and Eugenie Le Sommer .The Women’s Bundesliga will be livestreamed on DAZN for the first time on Friday in Germany. Lena Cassel will moderate the game for DAZN alongside expert analysis from Turid Knaak.The sports streamer has been making moves to expand its coverage of women’s football with porgramming Women’s Bundesliga , the UEFA Women’s Champions League, which continues in October, the National Women’s Soccer League , as well as the Spanish World Champions’ League, Liga F and now the Arkema D1.
