iKO Media Group and STN merge to form joint venture

iKOBoutique end-to-end media service iKO Media Group (iKOMG) and Slovenian teleport operator STN have announced the two companies is to merge, operating under the banner ‘strength in fusion, excellence in broadcasting solutions’. 

The pair said the merger marks a significant step forward in the industry, “underscored by innovation, capability, and customer-centricity”.

IKOMG’s tailored media solutions fuses with STN’s advanced satellite teleport capabilities.

The joint venture will provide an extended suite of solutions, including satellite broadcasting, cloud services, playout management, disaster recovery, OTT platforms, Fiber, IP delivery, sports and events and new age solutions for channel monitoring, streaming to social media and monetisation.
