Deutsche Telekom inks national sponsorship deal with UEFA Euro 2024

Deutsche Telekom has signed a deal with UEFA which it will become the official national partner for the UEFA Euro 2024 taking place from June 14 to July 14, 2024 in Germany.

As part of the agreement the German telco company will provide telecommunications services for the tournament , act as national sponsor, and serve as media rights and broadcast partner .

Deutsche Telekom will set up and operate comprehensive IT networks (LAN and WLAN) in the stadiums to ensure smooth TV transmission and communication for media representatives as well as the integration of the Euro 2024 headquarters and its data centers into the overall network .

The agreements also includes a presence on the advertising boards at all games, digital rights on UEFA platforms visible in Germany, use of the UEFA Euro 2024 logo and activation rights in the fan zones and host cities, where Deutsche Telekom broadcasts all games via MagentaTV on the official public -Viewing areas will show.

In addition to acquiring the media rights to broadcast all 51 Euro games on  Deutsche Telekom’s platform MagentaTV, it will broadcast four group games and one round of 16 in Germany exclusively on MagentaTV.
