Rakuten TV unveils FIFA+ channel

Rakuten TV has revealed it will launch a new football FAST channel, FIFA+ ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 taking place on July 20.

The FIFA+ FAST channel will be available in Europe, across the UK, Spain, France, Germany and Italy.

Programming will include FIFA+ Originals full-length documentaries, docuseries, movies and shorts such as Captains: The Chosen Few, The Happiest Man In The World: Ronaldinho, Icons, Bravas de Juarez, Captain fantastic, Golden Boot, The Hand of God, HD Cutz and Life in Spain.

A selection of the FIFA archive that features the best of FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup, such as full match replays, highlights, and collections will also air on the channel.

The FIFA+ Fast channel will be available for streaming on the Rakuten TV app across all devices.

According to Rakuten TV, it is available in 43 European territories and currently reaches more than 140 million households via its branded remote-control button and pre-installed app in Smart TV devices.
