Simply.TV launches in Australia, New Zealand and Latin America

Metadata specialist Simply.TV has launched in the Australian, New Zealand, and Latin American markets.

The expansion follows growth in Europe where it says it has signed up over 100 TV operators and broadcasters to serve EPG, super-aggregation of streaming catalogues and sports metadata.

Simply.TV appointed Ernest Ng as the SVP for the ANZ markets, effective 3 July.

Ng is a former Regional Director at Gracenote and. will be based in Sydney, Australia. He will be leading the commercial client and partnership relationships in the region.
