beIN Media Group join forces with Google Cloud to drive digital transformation

Sports and entertainment broadcaster, beIN Media Group, has partnered with Google Cloud to drive the digital transformation of Qatar’s media and broadcast industry.

The collaboration is part of Google Cloud’s Doha cloud region launch, The deal is an extension of the Qatar Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and Google Cloud framework agreement for cloud computing services. It enables all government entities to leverage Google Cloud’s computing services and digital transformation solutions, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

The collaboration between Google Cloud and beIN will explore opportunities to accelerate the group’s digital transformation using Google Cloud’s suite of data analytics and machine learning services. In efforts to enable a deeper understanding of its customers’ needs and interests, and to deliver more personalised and relevant experiences across its many services and platforms.
