Ocilion secures raft of new contracts for TV offering

German IPTV specialist ocilion has secured a raft of new contracts for its cloud TV offering.

Local German service providers ETN, which operates in the counties of Emsland and Kloppenburg, EWF Connect in Northern Hesse, FairNetz in Reutlingen, Stadtwerke Lengerich, Stadtwerke Rostock and Telepark Passau have taken ocilioin’s TV offering, along with Austrian providers Elektro Pühringer in Perg/Mühlviertel and Luwy TV-IT in Kremstal.

All eight network operators are currently in the implementation phase of deploying the service.

FairNetz and ETN, which operates as SURFN., are already live, while Stadtwerke Lengerich in Teutel and Stadtwerke Rostock will soon be launching IPTV offerings for their customers.

Ocilioin allows operators to tailor their own TV product to their design, including an individual user interface, and integrate it into their product portfolio.

End consumer functionality includes time-delayed functions such as replay, restart, pause/play, recordings, an integrated video library, 4K set-top boxes, apps and free and pay TV channel packages. ocilion delivers the service as a complete turnkey IPTV offering.
