CME hires new chief media officer

CME Media Services (CME) has announced the appointment of Dusan Svalek as its new chief operating officer.

CME, which operates 34 TV channels across the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Bulgaria, said that Svalek will oversee the company’s transformation strategy and lead its operational agenda.

Svalek joins from Slovak Telekom, where he served as chief country officer. He has also held senior roles at T-Mobile Czech Republic and in Slovakia.
