Alpha Networks promotes Devezeaux to CEO

Video distribution software solutions provider Alpha Networks has announced the appointment of Guillaume Devezeaux as its new CEO.

Effective immediately, Devezeaux is taking over Victor Badin, who will now assume the role of chief financial officer following the new organisation of the Group.

Devezeaux joined Alpha Networks in 2008 as its head of product development. He has since held a number of different positions, including chief marketing officer responsible for sales, marketing and product activities. Prior to Alpha Networks, Devezeaux held a number of different sales positions including at Proximus.

Guillaume Devezeaux said: “I am deeply honored to be appointed as CEO and I am committed to embrace this new challenge with the support from our executive committee, the management and our Board. I am thrilled to lead the company through its next phase of growth.”

CFO Badin said: “After an excellent performance in terms of business  results over the last three years, the Board of Alpha Networks has decided to designate Guillaume Devezeaux as the CEO to bring the company to the next level with an ambitious 3-year strategic plan. We are excited for Guillaume to forge ahead with this plan and we trust that his vision and his long-standing career within the company will help him reach the objectives and increase revenues and visibility in the market.”
