taps Agama for OTT quality assurance

Swiss service provider has turned to quality assurance technology specialist Agama Technologies to extend its video analytics and monitoring solution with additional coverage in the headend and to all types of OTT devices.

Agama said that its solution for the operator now provides full transparency of the video distribution networks through the subscribers’ homes., which operates in the French-speaking part of the country, delivers TV and video services, including live and catch-up TV, as well as VOD from its headend through eleven different partner distribution networks.

The company first began working with Agama about 10 years ago, initially with traditional cable and IPTV monitoring, and later switching to a modern hybrid OTT solution.
