Business TV will include interactive functionality, enabling enterprise customers to pause, record and rewind programmes as well as view catch-up broadcasts. Companies can choose from between 30 HD TV channels and will also be able to show their own videos or information pages on the screen or via a text bar at the bottom.

Businesses will also be able to run advertising from other local businesses on the screens in their premises.

The service is part of the telco’s KPN One SAME offering bundledwith internet access. Each display requires a subscription of €13.50 a month and includes an HD screen and remote control. In addition to the 30 HD TV channels, Business TV also includes over 20 radio services, and upgrades to include Fox Sports and Ziggo Sports are also available.

“Business TV offers endless possibilities for entrepreneurs to let their customers and employees relax while waiting, or to actively inform them about their own company,” said Jilles Limburg, director of marketing, KPN business market.
