The CBS AMC UK Channels Partnership has launched two on-demand players – Horror Bites and CBS Catchup Channels UK – on the Freesat platform.
The move means that Freesat audiences can now view content from Horror Channel, CBS Reality, CBS Justice and CBS Drama programmes through their Freesat set top boxes.
Viewers will be able to watch content from CBS UK channelsfor up to 30 days after linear broadcast, aloing with on-demand boxsets and CBS Reality original programming such as Evidence of Evil, Murder by the Seaand Donal MacIntyre’s Murder Files.
The CBS AMC UK Channels Partnership is a JV between AMC Networks International and CBS Studios International.
Separately, Freesat has added US channel Retro Movies to its line-up of film channels.
