Mirriad Advertising’s new CEO Stephan Beringer has moved quickly to build a new senior executive team.
After starting work today, October 1, his first announcement was the appointment of former ProSiebenSat.1 executive Jana Eisenstein as Mirriad president.
At ProSiebenSat.1, Eisenstein was EVP, advertising platform solutions, with responsibility for the company’s programmatic technology strategy and portfolio of adtech investments.
She previously held roles as Videology, Microsoft Advertising, ScreenTonic and 12snap.
Commenting on the appointment, Beringer said: “Jana is an accomplished leader who knows what it takes to grow and develop brands and platforms in this space, because she’s been doing that throughout her career.
“There’s a clear opportunity for Mirriad to empower brands, agencies and content owners, creating value at every step of the advertising value chain, and driving revenues as a consequence. Jana’s experience and ability to galvanise teams to foster success will be critical to our ability to deliver on this vision.”
Eisenstein is tasked with empowering Mirriad’s global growth strategy and is accountable for the delivery of its ambitious financial targets. She said: “Mirriad is a fast-paced business that is looking to scale quickly on a global basis, and that’s an environment in which I have thrived during my career. The technology that underpins the business is incredibly impressive, and a lot of work has been done to embed Mirriad’s systems and processes with key players around the world.”
