German cable operator Tele Columbus, which operates under the PŸUR brand, has launched a customer service app to enable its subscribers to view invoices, check details about products and update their data via their mobile phones.
The Mein PŸUR app enables users to check their current invoice amounts, update their address, phone number or band details and access frequently asked questions about the use and installation of services and resolution of common technical problems.
The app is available for Android and Apple phones via the Google Play Store and App Store.
Tele Columbus chief operating officer Roland Schleicher said that the company was focusing on serving customers wherever is convenient, whether in one of the PŸUR retail outlets, by phone or email, or via digital platforms.
He said that following the integration of the three merged operators that together make up PŸUR – Tele Columbus, Primacom and Pepcom – the operator was now looking to provide a superior unified customer service experience.
“The goal is to ensure a consistent customer experience across all platforms and seamlessly integrate each new contact channel,” he said.
