News channel France 24 has struck a deal with Türk Telekom subsidiary Tivibu to distribute its channel as part of the Tivibu basic offer.
The deal will extend France 24’s reach in Turkey by over 400,000 households. The channel is already available in Turkey on the major cable and satellite platforms, reaching 8.2 million digital homes, or 93% of the total digital homes in the country.
France 24 is available on the D-Smart platform in English and French and on the Digitürk platform in English. The channel is also accessible via DTH in three languages on the Astra satellite platform and Eutelsat’s Hotbird.
