Set-top and gateway manufacturer ADB has teamed up with video personalisation, discovery and analytics specialist ContentWise to integrate personalised recommendation capabilities into its graphyne2 TV software platform.
Graphnye2, which is to be launched at IBC, combines a client devices and back-end software platform. The integration of the ContentWise software will, according to the company, help provide relevant recommendations based on algorithmic and social data, predictive browsing, and contextual awareness.

Integrating this feature into the graphyne2 platform is a vital component for our customers, who know that to engage viewers and ensure ongoing loyalty, it is imperative that the TV they are watching is truly theirs, and that the recommendations they receive are relevant and personal.” said Wojciech Doganowski, ADB’s VP product marketing, personal solutions.
