Tellybean closes €650,000 funding round

Television video-call specialist Tellybean has closed the second part of its €650,000 angel funding round.

“After five long years of ‘starting up’ we are excited about how much has changed in just six months,” said the company in a statement recapping a “very busy first half of 2016”.

News of the funding comes after Tellybean recently signed partnerships with Sony and Philips to put its app on millions of smart TV home screens.
