Dutch telco KPN has launched a subscription video-on-demand service, Videoland Unlimited, for €10 a month as part of its Interactieve TV IPTV service.
The service provides access to a catalogue of about 2,000 Dutch and international movies and TV series, including Dutch shows Iedereen Is Gek Op Jack, Divorce, Moordvrouw and Baantjer and international and Dutch movies including The King’s Speech and Süskind.
The subscription covers content older than six months, with a transactional fee applying to recent blockbuster movies.
Having signed up for the service, KPN IPTV customers can access the service via IP devices within the home including laptops, tablets and smartphones.
